Context
Prospecting to sell website redesigns means finding businesses with outdated sites, preparing a mock-up, then writing to each one. By hand, it doesn't scale.
What I did
A pipeline of six agents, each with its own command: explore markets (trade × town), find and score prospects, regenerate a modern demo of their site (three variants judged by a panel), optimise it, check it, publish it on a private URL, then prepare an email. A Google Sheet acts as the state machine.
Outcome
A showcase of ten transformed craftspeople's websites to compare before and after. Deliberate safeguards: private, non-indexed demos marked “not affiliated”, and emails prepared as drafts, never sent automatically.
The process
From market to email, agent by agent
Each agent only handles prospects that have reached its stage, then moves them on. Quality control combines automated checks with a visual judgement; a rejected site goes back to generation.
